2008 Football Awards Banquet

Admission is $15 per person.
RSVP and payment must be returned by December 15, 2008!
Late registrations will not be accepted!
Players, Cheerleaders, and Managers are free of charge.
There will not be a chance to purchase tickets at the door.
Seating is very limited.
You may purchase with cash or check.
Please ask your child for the registration form that was sent home with him.
Please Note: Price of Admission does include a meal, this does not mean that if you chose not to eat,
you will not be charged admission... it is $15 per person regardless.
At last years banquet we gave all seniors a book containing photos of the years events. These were
very well received and in order to accomodate underclassmen we will be offereing these books to be
preordered so that you can receive your book the night of the banquet. If you do not preorder your book,
it will cost you $87.00. If you preorder using cash or check it will be $50.00 or
on the website (please look below for ordering information) it wil be $55.00.
These must also be paid for by December 15, 2008.
Tickets will be returned to you on January 5, 2009.
